Key Goals:

In accordance to their enhanced destination marketing strategy, Big Bear decided to advance their visitor services strategy and open a new visitor center. Since local tourism has increased their incoming national and international visitors, they are now finding an alternative way to strategize their marketing ideas and extend out visitor services throughout the destination.Some of the key goals are to:

  • Generate additional revenue and member value through advertisements.
  • Create an interactive trail on the app and Kiosk to better service outdoor enthusiasts.
  • Provide interactive mapping for easy exploration and connection between staff.
  • Easily integrate with their new existing Tempest CRM/CMS.
  • Allow new users to plan their itinerary at the center and through mobile.
  • Gather Real-time analytics and surveys to understand more about their visitors.

Solution

OMNIEXPERIENCE had the pleasure to work strategically with Big Bear Lake. Launching a complete Omnichannel solution inclusive of touchscreen kiosks, video wall, and a mobile application. Big Bear aims to develop a centralized informational and recreational space for all types of visitors. The launch of this new technological venture has to comply with the destination’s requirements, which were fully accomplished. Here are some of the completed features:
